He is subspecialty board-certified in orthopaedic sports medicine and is renowned for his expertise in shoulder and elbow injuries in athletes with throwing injuries as well as arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee, shoulder, and elbow

In addition to his work with Texas Orthopaedic Associates, Dr. Walter also currently serves as the medical director of FC Dallas and as an orthopaedic team physician and consultant for a number of Texas high schools.

Nicole Pitts, DO knew from a very young age once she met her pediatrician that she wanted to be a doctor. She always had an interest in anatomy and how the body works. At 14 years old, she started her career as a professional tennis player and was exposed to numerous sports medicine doctors, which continued to ignite her passion for medicine. ​​

Dr. Pitts completed her sports medicine fellowship at the University of Florida. While she was at UF, she worked with Olympic and elite Division 1 athletes, which included the Gator football team and all the other collegiate sports teams. ​​

She is extremely passionate about helping young athletes prevent and recover from their injuries. Having been a professional athlete herself, Dr. Pitts personally understands just how difficult injuries can be and is committed to helping young athletes have well-balanced, healthy, and active lifestyles. ​​

Brett began his career as a staff therapist with an outpatient orthopedics clinic after graduating from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2016. After gaining experience directing clinics, he decided to join PT Solutions, where he is now the Clinic Director for our Frisco West clinic.

Brett has a passion for sports physical therapy. He often covers the sidelines for multiple local high schools, explores new research, and strives to be a leader in sports medicine. Brett has an extensive background in dry needling, pain science, strength and conditioning, emergency medicine for the athlete, blood flow restriction training, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and manipulative therapy techniques.
