Many of our parents are questioning where did time go as they prepare to watch their child graduate in a few short weeks. This same feeling runs through my administration team that was preparing to open our campuses for the 2017-2018 school year and then, in a blink of an eye, we find ourselves starting to prepare for next year.
In August, our thoughts were consumed with opening a brand new elementary campus named for a man that was an integral part of our district for many years. We also opened Celina Primary for the youngest of our Bobcats, which created a campus centered on early childhood education. Now, we find ourselves just a few weeks away from saying goodbye to our students. Some, for only the length of a summer break, but for others, our goodbyes are filled with cheers of good luck as they leave Celina High School to start their careers and/or continue their educational pursuits at the next level.
