Timeline and details

• Tryouts are 1st week of August and the season runs through the middle of November.

Practice times:

• Players are expected to be a minimum of 15 minutes early prior to practice start time.

• JV & V practice days and game days are as follows:

  • Mon. > 6:30am - 8:45am

  • Wed. > 7:30am - 8:45am

  • Thurs. > 6:30am - 8:45am

  • Tue. & Fri.> Game Day - Check In with coaches

Gameday

• Tuesdays and Fridays with a few tournaments

Equipment needed

• Shoes, socks, knee pads, spandex, workout shirts

Equipment provided

• Uniform, warm-up top, backpack

Recommended equipment

• Ankle braces
