LEADERSHIP TEAM

Dr. Tom Maglisceau was unanimously appointed Superintendent of Schools by the Celina ISD Board of Trustees in 2019. With more than 29 years in public education, Dr. Tom brings a wealth of experience to Celina ISD and is known as a visionary leader who focuses on excellence and innovation. Teachers, staff and parents often say he ​is a compassionate leader who includes the community, as well as students, in the educational process. Prior to joining CISD, Dr. Tom served as a teacher, coach, dean of instruction, assistant principal, principal and assistant superintendent in Dallas area school districts including Highland Park, Dallas and Rockwall ISDs. Dr. Tom received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Texas Christian University and his doctorate from the University of Texas at Dallas.
