Kelly Juergens

Mr. Juergens was elected to the Board in 2010. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Finance. Mr. Juergens is a project manager for Schramme Custom Homes. He is married to Paige, the secretary at Moore Middle School, and has three children, Kyler, Kinzie, and Keaton who all graduated from Celina High School.
Jarratt Calvert

Mr. Calvert was appointed to the Board in 2022. He is a Celina High School graduate. Mr. Calvert earned his bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Mr. Calvert owns and operates Shades of Green Nursery and Landscape in Celina and Frisco. He is married to Rebecca, and they have three children, Cooper, Lola, and Rosie Jo. His school aged children attend Celina ISD schools.
Tracy Balsamo

Mrs. Balsamo was elected to the Board in 2015. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelors of Science. Mrs. Balsamo owns and operates Bobcat Lawn and Landscaping. She is married to Steven, and has two children, Chance and Cobie who both graduated from Celina High School.

Dr. Michael Wagoner
Trustee | Place 2 | Term Expires: May 2028
Dr. Michael Wagoner was elected to the board in 2025. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2002 and served as a surface warfare officer. He later attended the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Wagoner is married to Lindsay Wagoner, who works at Martin Elementary School, and they have four school-aged children who all attend Celina ISD schools.
Katie Dunn

Mrs. Dunn was appointed to the Board in 2026. She attended Texas Tech University and The Art Institute of Dallas, studying Digital Filmmaking and Video Production. Mrs. Dunn worked as a showrunner, producer, and director for major television networks before co-founding Little Wooden Penguin in Celina with her husband, Taylor Witt. Together, they own and operate Little Wooden Penguin and Nowhere in Downtown Celina. They have two sons, Greyson and Lincoln. Greyson attends Celina ISD, and Lincoln will begin kindergarten in Fall 2027.
Jennifer Driver

Mrs. Driver was elected to the Board in 2023. Mrs. Driver earned a Bachelors in Information Technology with an emphasis in Information Systems. She is employed as a Senior Enterprise Architect. She has one child, Jamisen.
