Employee Perks Program

 

JOIN OUR EMPLOYEE PERKS PROGRAM

Starting in the fall of 2025, Celina ISD will introduce its Employee Perks Program, providing a variety of benefits to district employees. One of the highlights will be discounts from local businesses on products and services. With more than 800 staff members, including teachers, administrators and support staff, Celina ISD represents a large consumer base, many of whom live in the area and actively contribute to the local economy through dining, shopping, and entertainment. This program presents a great opportunity for local businesses to show their support for our educators and staff, strengthening community ties while benefiting from a loyal customer base.

The CISD Employee Perks program consists of an employee webpage on the district website where the discounts or savings from local businesses are posted. Employees can log on and view discounts offered by these local businesses. Celina ISD would like to offer your business the opportunity to provide CISD district employees an opportunity to shop, dine or visit your business through this program. 

Below are the guidelines for the CISD Employee Perks Program 

  1. Business must have a store or physical location of business. 
  2. Businesses may provide one digital square shaped logo/advertisement/graphic as long as the graphics includes a discount or special offer to district employees. Advertisements will not be permitted without a special offer to district employees. This graphic will be posted on the district website under the CISD Employee Perks Program page. 
  3. All discounts must be honored for one full year (1st of August through 31 of July). Businesses may join the CISD Employee Perks Program at any time of the year. 
  4. Changes to the discounts and/or graphics will not be allowed during the year. 
  5. The discount types, values and/or amounts are at the discretion of the business. Suggested Discounts include: 
  • 10%, 20%, 25% off. Etc. 
  • Buy one-get-one-free offers 
  • Enrollment fee waived
  1. Celina ISD employees must present their employee badge to the business to receive any and all offers. Clipped coupons or discounts will not need to be posted on the site. 
  2. All discounts/postings/advertisements must be approved by CISD Communications Department. 
  3. Final decisions, approvals and/or rejections are at the sole discretion of Celina ISD.

How to Participate in the Celina  ISD Employee Perks Program 

Participation in the Celina ISD Employee Perks Program is open to all businesses in and around the city of Celina. There is no cost for your business to be a part of this program. 

If you are interested in offering discounted goods or services to employees of Celina  ISD, please complete the Employee Perks Program Vendor Application. You will receive an email once your request has been approved or denied.
