WHAT'S PROPOSED

Celina ISD is one of the fastest growing school districts in America. The 2025 bond proposal specifically addresses the needs of our fast-growing district. These projects will provide classroom space for current and future Celina ISD Students, district-wide safety and security, district-wide technology upgrades and devices for students and additional buses to meet the needs of our growing population.

What's Included

Renovations

• Renovations and additions to the original Celina High School
  • Renovate original CHS classrooms, halls, flooring, and food services 
  • Co-curricular spaces to accommodate 6A high school programs 
• Update every Celina ISD campus

Transportation, Maintenance, Food Services, Warehousing

• Construction of an operations center to centralize programming
• Purchase new buses to meet growing enrollment
• Purchase district vehicles
• Purchase a band trailer for high school #2
• Add storage for technology resources

Safety and Security

• Construction of safety command center within a district facility
• Upgrade safety and security at every campus
• Purchase emergency response equipment

Technology

• Upgrade fiber infrastructure district-wide
• Purchase classroom & large venue audio/visual equipment
• Upgrade the telephone system and create a unified communications system
• Update District data center
• Purchase new devices for students
